How to apply...
- Application fee is non-refundable $25.00 per adult. Married couples are $50.00.
- If applicants has access to run credit we will waive application fee.
- Everyone over the age of 18 years old must complete an application.
- Application may be printed and filled out via our website, or picked up at our office.
-Applications may take up to two to four business days to run.
Requirements to rent:
1. Applicants must have a good, established rental history, with no evictions.
2. Applicants combined income must be two to three times the rent.3. Income must be verified either by phone or copy of a pay stub.4. Credit Score must be above six hundred.5. Applicants must provide a copy of photo ID and/or SS card, and pay stub.Please return application to our office:
